How to use: After thoroughly rinsing the seeds under running water, drain them well and let them dry in a bowl for 10 or 15 minutes. Then pour them into a saucepan to toast a few minutes over medium-high heat. Once toasted, add water to the boil, add salt and continue to cook for another 20 minutes.
