Shipping prices

The shipping costs are provided to the customer both on the site during the various stages of conclusion of the order and/ or through any other distance sales systems, in the case of telephone order, repeated to the customer by the operator of Contadinetta srl.

Shipping costs for product returns

The shipping costs of returning products in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Customer.

The shipping costs of returning products are our responsibility when it is ascertained that the order was wrong for reasons to be attributed to the management of the order by Contadinetta srl.
