HOW TO COOK IMPECCABLY:

1 liter of water,300 g of flour for fracchiata,1 garlic,3 anchovies subsal boned, 2 slices of bread, sweet dry peppers,oil and salt.

PREPARATION:

bring water to a boil ,salt and put out the fire.

Let the flour rain, turn on and stir continuously.

Continue cooking for 40-50 minutes.

Separately fry the garlic in plenty of oil, add the anchovies and pepper.

Toast the bread cut into pieces and arrange them on the bottom of a tray with high edges, pour the cooked fracchiata and garnish with anchovy sauce and peppers.
